Delivery Information

Here are all you need to know about delivery, from when your order will arrive to how it'll get there.

For all of our products you can choose to collect from KAUST discovery square for free. Or you can choose “Home Delivery”.
 
All delivery options and costs, will be displayed to you during checkout.
 
1, Collect from KAUST Discovery Square
We will contact with you to fix a time for collection at KAUST Discovery Square.
 
2, Home delivery (KAUST Only)
We can delivery within KAUST residental area, it will charge SAR 5 per delivery.
We will contact with you to fix a time for delivery.

How will I be contacted?
We will contact with you by email or phone. And please make sure your email and phone number are correct.
 
Who can sign for the delivery?
For the option of “Collect from KAUST Discovery Square”, only our direct customer or anyone assigned by the customer (authorization should 
be sent to us by email or SMS) can sign for the delivery. For the option of “Home delivery”, anyone in the household may sign for deliveries.
 
What should I do if my delivery is late?
We try our very best to let our customers have product(s) as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, delays can happen which are often beyond our control. We will contact with you and let you know as soon as we know of any delay. Thanks for your consideration.
 
What should I do if I need product(s) urgently?
Add one message regarding urgent delivery when checking out, or you can contact sales@thuwalgift.com. We try our best to serve our KAUST community.
 
What should I do if I write mailing address incorrectly (for Home/Office delivery)?
Please contact with sales@thuwalgift.com, and we will change the mailing address for you.
